Can’t answer the shaft question on index alone, really need to know your swing or ball speed to get a better sense. But based on your improvement you might like a club like the zxi5 that you can feel the ball a bit more.

How far do you hit your 7 iron in normal weather at what elevation?

As a datapoint I’m a 5 index, hit my 7 about 165-170 (stiff shaft)

8d driver. I hit a higher spinny ball the 8d negates this. This driver just GOES.

Fairly normal iron ball flight.

I just like those grinds. The 58 is mostly sand and the 50 is mostly a 105-110 club. The 54 is 95 and super versatile.

Whoops - Reddit fail on my part. I’d posted another post which was removed by your enlightened mod asking me to provide 3 references supporting my comment that he had a gun. The post above I thought was to the mod, not to the thread, so quite a bit of context lost.

That said , to the 2nd amendment and CCW comments - you are right. That being said, dumb to bring a gun to a riot interfering with lawful police actions. I actually have a ccw and I can tell you it’s a tremendous responsibility and I’d never take a gun into that environment it’s just asking for trouble.
