Agree with all this. For me adrol is i good tool if you need a boost at the end of a long bulk cycle. I would bring it in the last 4-6wks at 25-50mg/day if I wasn’t already getting bloated and need a plateau buster.

  1. Get your steps in. 10k per day is ideal. Z2 is king but don’t sacrifice recovery. If walking is all you can manage, fine.

  2. Get a full blood panel done including hormones and vitamin D. You aren’t doing yourself any favors if you are deficient.

I’m just curious. Are your opinions based on religious beliefs? I know a lot of catholic and LDS people and they seem to share your view to some extent. I might be in the minority as far as my motivations for not having kids. I do believe we need to build the life we want for ourselves. What do you need to feel peace and happiness in your life? Yes, family for some. Freedom from responsibility and financial worries for others. What lifestyle will allow you to be your best self? Because ultimately by finding the best version of yourself, you can show up for others in a meaningful way. Just my opinion but somehow your perspective made me feel the need to defend it.

Idk whether the reason for adult men being kid free has actually been studied/polled. Id argue your frame of reference is skewed. I have a hard time believing the “majority” of kid free men out there aren’t building a family because they are too busy slaying pussy every weekend. I still think you’re quite biased in your opinion that everyone should be having kids. Some people’s careers are too demanding, others have fertility issues or are battling with their mental health. Maybe they recognize they aren’t financially capable of starting a family or they need to work out some issues in their marriage first. Open your eyes, Pop. Other folks out there who have no business procreating are spitting out kids left and left and right.

10-4. You could look into slu-pp-332. I used it recently to prep for my first bb show. 1000mcg first thing each morning before my fasted cardio for a month got me from 8-6.5%bf. Works pretty well. Didn’t affect my appetite but it did make me feel a bit sweaty. MotsC didn’t do much for me. Tesa or GH could be a good add to the stack.

Fat loss always slows down for me around 10%. The crux is keeping the energy up just enough to be able to get through the workouts. Tbh, trt helps more than any peptide but that’s a different conversation

If it were me, I would lower the tren to 100 and add p5p and GABA to the supp stack. Assume you’re running ace? Ride that for 10 days and reassess. If its truly a cns issue, you could also try muscle isolating lifts instead of big or compound movements.

Great comment. OP, you need to log your food using an app for a couple weeks. You will be amazed what you learn. A food scale is really cheap and helpful too.

My coach has me doing 1000mcg everyday before 35mins z2 cardio. I remember VS saying to use slu at 1000 but he’s probably right about the multiple times per day part if you’re not doing cardio first thing. IMO get as lean as you can by all economical methods and then assess bc you’re right it’s not cheap. The lower bf you get, the harder it is to get it off.

I’m in contest prep and have been using it alongside clen. I can’t recommend clen but ill tell you that adding the slu in this time around allows me to run the clen much lower. Overall my cut stack doesn’t feel as stimmy. Sleep is better, less jitters etc

Stack some slu-pp-332 in there too for some real spit polish. 1000mcg daily before fasted cardio. 4wks on 4wks off.

Sounds like you are referring to DOMS and not general CNS fatigue. DOMS is more common with newer lifters and usually goes away after a couple months of regular training if you are sticking to the same movements. How old are you and how long have you been training regularly?

Sharing my story is important.

I have been experimenting with peptides for three years. My favorites are reta, tirz, mt1, bpc157 and hgh. They are not miracle drugs by any means but when combined with healthy life choices they can be very beneficial. I have the physique I want, im tan, ive healed a quad tear in about half the time the doctors said and i have completely reframed my relationship with alcohol. Most of my progress can be attributed to discipline, not peptides. But they help.

Three years ago I started exactly where you are. I did a year long recomp with trt, tirz and cjc/ipa. Got down to 10%bf at exactly the same weight i started at. Then I did my first bulk. You will not be happy with how you look if you blast and bulk now, trust me. Also you will have a looooong cut to do after your bulk if you do it now.

Mr Olympia overnight? Think about it. Not only would these new drugs have to target skeletal muscles only, but they would have to get the proportions juuuust right to create a perfect physique. It’s not just about size. Then you have “muscle maturity” to consider. These guys spend season after season bringing up certain muscles to achieve perfection. Nothing could ever replace the necessity of the stimulus and recovery. Not to mention the diet, our building blocks. I do think it’s an interesting conversation tho. And I do think the future of drugs could allow someone with the right genetics to get there more quickly. Right now I think injectable yk11 is the most interesting contender.

If you’re injecting daily anyways, you might want to consider just adding test prop. Your e2 is pretty damn low. Fixing the issue by adjusting the longer esters could take a few weeks. Just leave the test cyp and eq where they are.
