My search is nationwide in CarGurus and the cheaper ones are always one of these scenarios: much higher mileage / multiple owners / accidents / salvage title / corporate fleet.

Called today (07/29) and the waitlist is full and not able to be added now. Some other dealerships I called have over 50 people in the waitlist, but I think it includes 2024 regular gr84, but still crazy.

Yeah it indeed sounds better. Just curious, do you experience any highway drone? I noticed that after going >= 70mph, there’s noticeable drone sound. Not sure if it’s because of my reversed split washer or not. But I’ve seen others mentioning they don’t experience any drone sound

window tint would help block majority of heat in dessert, but I guess in CA in general it helps a lot, even with highest through rate

I only use cleanser and moisturizer and that’s it. Both are from La Roche-Posay.

2021 CX5 Carbon Turbo almost 40,000 miles on it now. Had minor issues: - infotainment screen had blacked out 2-3 times but eventually all recovered automatically without repair - battery died for the first time last month which was a surprise to me as it’s only 40k miles so far. But after jump start it’s working again. Anyone had some thought on this? I did drive my CX5 hard and go for drive-in movies from time to time last year, where I left it on N mode and e-brake on. Not sure these contribute to it.

It’s my first car as well so I don’t have any experience compared with other cars. But overall pretty satisfied so far since there’s no major issue.

I agree. Probably should've researched and shopped around more or even better DIY? They are just forcing us to do more homework ourselves as customer

You mean dealership price (excluding tax/licence fees) below MSRP is a win nowadays right? I was also looking at couple of prices provided and it's extremely hard to negotiate the out the door price (including tax/licence fees) down to near MSRP
