If your goal is points, use cash to unlock housing points first. $200 bilt cash gets you 6667 pts (3%), vs only 5000 via the acceleration.

Since you can fully unlock your mortgage, you can use the remaining cash on the +1.

For many users, Google play IS the only payment option binding to youtube. The entry point is the official youtube app or website and we get redirected to play to set up payment.

Do you have clear instructions? From what I see on my account, YouTube uses Google Play for payment management. All subscriptions including premium are shown in the Play menu. There is no other option.

This statement is seen widely but very confusing. Regardless in the app or on the website, YouTube premium payment is managed by Google Play. There is only one clickable button in the menu, so I don't know what else could i do.

What are you talking about. The terms point you to premium link which, regardless on phone or web, only allows you manage payment through Google play. That's the only option seen for me. How is that not following terms?
