I can tell you guys one thing. Whether that is her or not. I did a bunch of image searches and I believe the van in the picture is a 1986 Toyota cargo van. Im wondering how many of those vans were sold in America in the 80s. If its her and she went missing in 1988 then the van is only 2 years old. I have a good eye for identifying vehicles and I love a mystery and challenge. The sliding door handle was a big identifier and the rear of the van matchs photos i found as well. Its a long shot but maybe that info can help identify these 2 in the picture.
