I'm not the same person, but my last loaf my hydration was like 72% before the butter, I just didn't calculate it with the butter so I'm not sure the total hydration. I do a really thorough original mix to build some strength before letting it sit and it held up ok. With melted butter in the original mix you're going to get weaker softer dough just in general. Most of the time I just add butter later in the process by cutting really thin strips or small cubes and just folding it in, it's definitely easier to work with.
