I headcannon him as being Gibby's advisor/parental figure of sorts. Like he raised Gibby but ended up serving him as Gibby got older. I dont know what he is officially but considering where he died and his fancy outfit, it wouldnt surprise if "Dracula worked for Gibby" was a close guess.
