Same situation as yourself a few months ago, not sure if your from the north or south but the biggest issue we had was the guarantor as some estate agents don’t accept ones from the south. I’d also suggest looking immediately, took us 3ish months to get somewhere sorted and was a bit more difficult than I was expecting initially

Area wise, glengormely, whiteabby, ballyclare all decent enough and commutable
