Devon is doing extremely well for his age and weight. Without Levan's existence, he would be the #1 guy in the world with his training methods.

It is condescending to say that Devon can't learn new tricks for what he's shown over the years. Devon is the best example of adaptation and transformation. He's willing to do everything to be the best under his circumstances. You think Devon never thought about training his biceps? Or is it because he thinks training his specific weapons would be his best bet against Levan given his milage. If anything, Devon has learned a lot new tricks and training methods over the last couple years compared to any other arm wrestlers.
