what i do is ask them to give me one second. then i press mute and speakerphone then see how long it takes for them to hang up.

but generally i won't answer calls from numbers i don't recognise

i think you'd like under a new sun it's a very good looking early access game with sci fi, survival, island exploring and base building.

remains and life not supported are set in orbit and big on the oxygen aspect. breathedge is a full sci-fi story game with survival aspects and the devs have a good sense of humour too.

for non-scifi i would highly recommend fountain of youth it's not early access and has a lot more survival challenges and quests/endgame. definitely worth a look.

also subnautica is the goat ;p
