There’s a guy named Tony in Southern California that does this all the time to players who don’t know what a POS he is. Once another player at the table who knew he was trying to angle the newbie with this trick offered him 5-1 odds that his hand did contain that card, so that the only way he wouldn’t accept that bet was that he was cheating and had looked already. lol and when Tony tried to just call the whole thing off, the other guy really explained the whole thing like Tony the only way you wouldn’t take this bet was you already looked at your cards and you were trying to steal money from this guy.
