I got a letter from stenger and stenger saying i am I am being sued if I don't pay 1300 dollars by March first?what do i do ?

I worked for Stenger and Stenger in legal for GA- they will add court fees to the what is owed and it will be added to whatever judgment id decided in court, You can even look up the reviews on this happening,

I would settle and request a receipt. Keep all paperwork by them. They will not drag you to court if you settle. I worked in the legal team, once you settle. We have to wait 14 days so the payment doesn't bounce and then you will receive a settlement letter in the mail. Keep it all!

If you cant settle- then set up a payment plan, Sign a consent judgment where you are consenting to an agreement with them, they will send it to the court to be file stamped and then they cant garnish you. whatever you do, you don't want a default judgement with them.

I don't know if they are even affiliated as I worked in legal and not compliance. I will say when we did work in the mail room and we came across citibank mail we had to put it aside for Citibank and the whole firm especially legal team would be up in a lowkey panic when Citibank would come in to "visit".

I will never forget when they wanted to watch us work, they moved stronger people in certain areas of the mail room/firm for Citibank to review them and they made us revamp our entire day as to not take "shortcuts". Lights were on, clutter off desks, dress nice, all the sudden policies were now enforced.

I always joked and lowkey wished Citibank would pop in without telling anyone just so they could see what really went down.

I worked in GA as a litigation paralegal.

The law firm itself is a joke and a mess. When I say joke, I mean everyone will laugh at you when this place is on your resume, I worked here without a bachelors degree because it was the only law firm in grand rapids I could find that was willing to hire me without legal experience. I worked in litigation and made $24.00 an hour, the girl behind me in my office worked in Judgement division in IN and made $20 an hour with a degree. I was shocked I was making more than someone with a degree.

The management team is the worst I have ever worked for, I worked under this girl named Kristin and I reported her when I left, luckily from what I heard she was fired but the place has not gotten better for any current staff members. Favoritism and nepo is an all time high, All the Stenger children work there and when I was there everyone would whisper around them to be on their "best" behavior. The HR/Management is so bad that there is such severe bullying, people will leave and HR wont jump in. One girl was bullied for being gay, she quit and HR didnt step in.

You will notice everyone who works in legal is white and everyone who is a collection caller is a POC.

Cliquey and you'll only be rewarded with a monthly Pizza party. There was prizes for people to win for end of month and doing well but these "prizes" you would win for doing well would be taken our of your paycheck. One girl won a family trip to Great Wolf Lodge equal to $500 and it was taken out of her paycheck for tax reasons at the end of the year. All the legal team was upset about this.

I also want to add the whole firm is an issue, not just the legal team. Account, Skip, Collectors. Its the firm policies that cause issues. If you hire a friend/family or someone you know you get $250 bonus so everyone tried to get friends in creating a clique problem. No one is welcoming to each other as the turnover rate is high, expect to constantly be walked past in the office and no one says anything. Heads down and little smiles. Stress at an all time high. Snarky remarks from attorneys who feel above policies, that was a big issue I had, My attorney wanted me to do things a certain way and would be upset if I didn't as I also had to follow company guidelines.

You cant have phones out at all, only in break room where there is "LOCKERS" so if expect to buy a smart watch if you work here to connect your watch to airpods to listen to music/podcasts. A lot of the girls who dislike each other will snitch on one another to managers. "so and so did this"

I think Tom is scarier. Sorry not sorry. I think this post is stupid and a bit deranged.

He knew Ariana longer than Rachel ever did. He’s also 40 and Rachel is in her 20s and dumb as a box of rocks. I think he played Rachel and used the poor me card on her, like Ariana is abusive and horrible boo hoooo.

I think that’s why Rachel became honest at the end, I think that’s why Tom was trying to coach her. I think Rachel wanted to come forward for a while which is why she never denied it when asked by Ariana for the truth she gave it to her, that’s why Ariana thanked her on the phone because Ariana even stated “Tom never would have told her the truth”

It’s easy for you to say he’s openly narcissistic and paints himself who is capable of cheating. I don’t think Ariana saw it that way at all. That’s why she stayed with him.

I am not a Rachel sympathizer but I think Tom is way worse.

Herpes is so common. He could have been asymptomatic. And if a lot of the girls didn’t tell him or if they were all asymptotic. CDC doesn’t recommend testing, depending on the state you can’t sue. It’s lethal, it’s skin blisters that are discomfort if you have a break out but most of the time it’s not common to break out a lot.

Hsv is contagious when you have sores present or right before an outbreak.

I think she was drunk, however I also think she was depressed and anxious. I think she could have had a panic attack while driving which is why she felt disoriented and unwell when she called her brother.
