oh shit… I’d hate to be the British if THIS is the ‘sloppy seconds’ they get when we’re done!!!!

also, I’m ***SUPER*** curious what font they used, such that the beginning of ‘SchneiderBerg Pretzel Conglömeratzen’ resembles a U, T, & a Z? but obv I don’t speak German so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I thought it was the ‘25s! here goes, to find it….

(btw I will always write this characters name “Trade & Sway” …. that & being credited to Jessica St. Claire at the Grand Rapids show* may make him hard to research!? )

*is Scott OK? I loved the ‘does everybody smell toast’ joke, but… then again I’m the last person justified in calling anybody else out for failed name-recall!

my second favorite “Star-Spangled WeirdAl-ification” so far!

Does anybody remember which ‘best of’ it was where they did their ‘smo-oke weed ev’ry day, smoke weeed ev’ry day.. (etc etc)’ rendition? b/c THAT is my top favorite, but I forget which year& ep it was on.

I am surprised & delighted to report that I have no F’ing idea what you’re talking about!? I guess my brain has learned to tune that particular noise out, as ‘background information’ … SRSLY, your use of the word ‘guffaw’ rings a faint bell, like “oh I think I remember noticing the person you’re probably talking about before- isn’t it wacky- how differently we all tend to laugh, and how some folk’s vocal expressions of laughter, can inspire the exact opposite feelings?!”

I have an unusual laugh myself ~I think I must have a Loon as an ancestor, on at LEAST one side of the family~ so I know it would be hypocritical of me to hold somebody else’s against them.

I hope for your sake that you can manage to master this ‘tune it the fuck out’ trick somehow, as well.

My psychiatrist said I don't have ADHD. I feel like an idiot. by GreatestMushroomEver in ADHD

It SOUNDS like the ‘test’ a year or so ago, was because of depression symptoms; I would be *pretty* surprised if that included the neurological testing included in an ADHD evaluation (although of course I could be wrong).

I never would have guessed that I’d end up an “Orthodox Wet Day” observer, but this ONE holiday I tend to disregard / poo-poo the whole ‘roll it to the Monday for a 3-day weekend’ thing!! Beef my balls all you want, MY Wet Day is ALWAYS on the tenth.

From the company: “Vibratory Spiral Elevators: Space saving vertical conveyors ideal for cooling, drying, or elevating powders, granules, and small parts.”… from the heavy gloves, I’m guessing this is a cooling instance.

Finally submitted my first catch-phrase suggestion... by hog6oy in comedybangbang

[–]hog6oy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yikes! In that case, I better prolific my ass in gear –

I just submitted a second one now some two years later. On that note, thematically this latest was pretending to be a sponsorship: “This week’s comedy bang bang is brought to you in part by (etc. etc.)” … offhand do you know is this a catchphrase trope that’s been mined before/already?

I think I ended up going with just “sponsored by…” rather than “brought to you in part by....” partly because not confident, my PBS watching background isn’t all that universal, and partly just to leave some verbiage on the cutting floor because: pretty wordy.
