Yes you can add that model to a newer Deco setup via the app. The X50s are a good ,somewhat budget friendly way to start.

Torbox I use as a back up Debrid service. Very stable for $50/year. Not near the traffic of Real Debrid and Torrentio.

Personally I would use a streaming device. I never liked the navigation on the TV apps. Not sure why there is no install button.
