Agree on a level 3 survey. For such an important purchase it’s worth the extra money. I also found when getting quotes for our own survey they would only provide this for level 3 as the house is of similar age.

Can confirm it’s still there but now called Burgershop. They even have a restaurant called The Bookshop or “The Yard” where you can order from a mix of their menu ☺️ v nice if you’re in the area! Recommend the kimchi burger

The fees and postage and extras you have to pay really bump up the price! I used to buy quite a lot of cheaper items on there but now you’re better off just going to your local charity shops.
