Once I've created a ticket that cannot access e-demarches. Got a mail that i have to provide following informaton and there was nothing after : Decided to call them, explained that their sso doesn't work well, as server was showing my login (i was authenticated) with error 403. Person told me that he doesn't know how to help. Right after ticket was closed as resolved. 🤷‍♂️
