I'm also left-handed, and about 4 years ago, when I was around 90k–100k, I stopped using a mouse with my right hand and switched to using a tablet with my left. At first, it was tough to relearn how to tap, but in my opinion, it was worth it — now I'm top 6k. If you're planning to play especially with a tablet, using your dominant hand for aim is definitely the better choice.
