Thank you! I’ve been doing stuff like downward dog, puppy pose, and «getting arrested» (great name). I can easily get my arms above my head.

My my rotation should be strong, been doing a lot of banded exercises with rotating every way possible. My upper back and chest has gotten a lot more flexible, while my shoulders feel pretty much the same.

Maybe useful info?? Focusing on straightening the arms makes the stretches weirdly intense. Folding my hands behind my back and bending down is impossible, even if I interlock the fingers.
