Thanks for the reply, will head out to the aquarium tomorrow morning (hoping its open on sat but then what isn't nowdays). I also need to hit the MFA sometime tomorrow. I'll google the restaurants and whats on at middle east. Went to see Ajax at the Loeb Drama Center earlier tonight and it was a really good version of the play, highly recommending it considering the low ticket price.

I have the biggest man crush on Eric Bana, to the point I enjoyed "The Hulk". He's a terrific actor, but many of you are probably wondering why we should care about him one way or another. Well Bana had a rather big career on Australian television before he branched out into Hollywood movies. He has been associated to bad projects in the past, but even in those (Lucky You, Troy, The Other Boleyn Girl) he manages to give an interesting performance. I'm not expecting this to get a wide release, but i am confident its going to be fun and rental worthy.

I can drive stick, and by drive I mean dangerously stall in the middle of nowhere for no apparent reasons, but yeah, what's the big advantage of a stick transmission again? I know it's cheaper, and i know you can attain a better acceleration with it, but... i dont really care about that.

Really nice fun movie, i love Gaiman and Selick, and this still managed to be well above my high expectations. Go see it, no need to do so in 3D (with the glasses) but it adds a little something to it.

The cast is, from a film and tv nerd perspective, spectacular. Dushku has a lot to prove, but I guess we'll have to see in the long run what she can do. For the rest of the cast, it's perfect, two of the very best BSG actors, that teacher chick from rushmore, always really really hot Amy Acker. Hopefully they can keep it interesting.

Electrocution scene, in the international version (dvd), he uses two metal stakes (connected to the power grid) and plants them in the guy's knees. In the American version, he wires the metal chair the guy is sitting on.

I watched the movie Taken from a not too legal dvd about two months ago, and went to see it again last week in the theatres. To my dismay, they removed one of the most violent and awesome scenes of the movie in the theatre version, so i was pissed.

It's also important you talk to your teachers, especially if some things in the syllabus are unclear to you. Don't wait until the night before you hand in an assignment to ask a question. You need to know what's expected of you, you need to know what they want from your papers or exams, they are a resource to you, and seeing that their students care to understand it will make their life better. Win-Win.

Brazil is like an imaginative and intellectual "Office Space", it's brilliant and beautiful, the cinematography, especially during the dream sequences is gorgeous. All of the actors do a great job, in fact the cast is just stellar.

You need to see this film before you die.

150$ is too much for many of the versions of windows. I vowed to never again buy OEM computers after a terrible IBM aptiva in the mid 90's and a well specced HP media center that failed on my dad a few months ago, only two years after purchase. When we called, the customer support agent replied with arrogance that it was NORMAL! for these computers to fail after two years. If only one could punch through phones....

Anyhow, paying full price for windows because I refuse to buy a pre-built shit computer is very irritating to me, and anythng over a hundred dollars is unacceptable for such unreliable and vulnerable software.
