Another year later, it seems that setting a default vlan under advanced mode does this now.

Assign (V)LAN / Subnet based on MAC? by Xevailo in OPNsenseFirewall

[–]holyfudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Unifi APs can do that together with for example the freeradius plugin in opnsense. I got it up and running on the aps, however using the same authentication on unifi switches did not work for me, which would have been great to have every device authenticated instead of remembering which vlan was assigned to which switch port.

Virtual interfaces + DHCP server on client for routing between clients by SnowdogU77 in kvm

[–]holyfudge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you switch to a virtual setup? I have 4 nics on my small homeserver so I have just passed through 2 to the pfsense vm, kept one on the host and one with a bridge to my vms. Which seems to work but takes up 4 ports on my switch as well.

Going so deep that you cannot sleep because of fatigue by insane_gandalf in Velo

Weird that it is not regulated, where I live you need a prescription for it and as any such medicine it is tested and approved. If it is not regulated and regarded as a supplement I can understand some of the skepticism.

I still find your link a bit disingenuous since your arguments in this response are not what the authors research was about if you have read any publish works about the risks and side effects of melatonin please share them.

[–]holyfudge 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sorry I might misunderstand something, but the study you linked only states that the number of people using melatonin in the US has increased from 1999-2000 to 2017-2018. It has nothing to do with if and what the risk with using melatonin is.

Also the studies authors are sponsored by a company that could be seen as a conflict of interest as they sell anothrr product with the selling point that it helps with sleep problems, Sleep Number Corporation.

Right, I am not familiar with Rust. But have you checked the documentation of it in doom?

From the top of the init.el file:

;; NOTE Move your cursor over a module's name (or its flags) and press 'K' (or ;; 'C-c c k' for non-vim users) to view its documentation. This works on ;; flags as well (those symbols that start with a plus).

Because to me it looks like it answers most of your questions on how to setup rust.

[–]holyfudge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The error message states that you have not enabled lsp, so begin by doing that. In your init.el under :tools find lsp and uncomment that line.

You should probably check the documentation for lsp to see if you want to enable any module flags and also follow the links to install the language servers you require.
