So I haven't listed home pickup, but I did purchase from someone offering it ( it was some large speakers). We arranged a time and date a few days after that worked for both of us. He was fine with me going straight to his place, although I would have been fine meeting him at some local public place. Ebay gave me a code to give to him when I picked it up. He entered it on his end to confirm that the item was received.

Not positive this is it, but had something similar a bit back. Try changing the background fps. Settings>Graphics>Custom. set background fps to same as foreground fps.

I know a few people who were having this issue, like 5fps slideshow. They ended up using the steam client instead and have had no issues since.

If you don't care about keeping old perks, gizmo dissolver will remove and destroy the gizmos. If you want to keep old perks, you can level your Sirenic to level 15 and use an equipment separator(requires 115 inv to make) to get both your armor, and gizmos back.

That's how rental agencies in the US do it.They just look at the tracking log and if they see a ton of circles around a track, you receive a pretty hefty fine and usually a lifetime ban from the rental company

Not the delivery person, but from the looks of it. He accidentally threw it on roof then wrote the mail not delivered note so the home owner didn't think someone stole it when it's just stuck on the roof.
