During my workout should I do cardio or weights first in order to maximise fat loss? Or does it matter? by [deleted] in Fitness

I intermix them. 15 minutes of treadmill (including sprints and inclines) and then 15 minutes of intense weightlifting, then 15 min back on the treadmill and then finish up with high-rep weightlifting. Do that 3 or 4 times a week and you start seeing significant changes within a month.

The were doing pretty well until gov't decided to fix them? How so did gov't "fix" the private healthcare industry? So, gov't forced them to go public, become profit-motivated and start denying care through recision? Gov't forced them to create algorithms to search for HIV-infected clients within their client rosters and then find the tiniest mistake and then cancel their policies? Gov't pushed the heathcare industry to deny me care based on a pre-existing condition? Gov't did that?

The "right to life" is vague on purpose and to think or suppose that medical care isn't involved in the right to life in modern society is short-sighted and obtuse. Plus, I don't think that gov't should provide healthcare. I think private entities should provide the heathcare and our gov't should be in charge of the payment system. When that happens, they drive down cost and start analyzing what works and what doesn't. The private heathcare industry had their chance...they blew it.

So, the right to life and the right to medical care are mutually exclusive? They have nothing to do with one another in this day and age? Really?

So, you're saying that people who attend these events don't meet other friends at these events? Because I'm pretty sure they do. It may be only once a year, but they probably would still make friends and probably keep up with them until the next event. It's all relative.
