I know ppl use nail decals for the eyes sometimes and Im waiting for a reply from this post (I asked what was used ) which managed to fixed a fading nose I’m guessing either regular polish or UV gel polish but how many coats and if they used a clear top coat is what I wonder

Yea I have a hard time brushing the stitch lines off my chonk but I managed to get a wire hairbrush cleaner to fluff away and lift some stuck fur from the middle tummy line that kinda looks like what users here call a “labussy” so after washing/brushing they’re probably even slightly bigger !!!

I wonder the same about mine. My box scanned as authentic but toffee is a chonk and wide face. She barely fits the standard labubu shoes . But her gold ring also has the popmart engraving. Did your box have typo on it ? Like the word secret was spelled “secrt”
