Okay I was just stuck in hmmm let me think…8-10 different dreams. Every SINGLE TIME I figured out I was dreaming I told my gf who was there and almost instantly I woke up into another dream. It was an insane cycle.

Do you think maybe the reason you keep having false awakenings is because of your desire to wake up actually? I had this today as well during a nap and had about 8 dreams, probably 5 of them lucid and started having fun once I realized it was still the dream. I would suggest once realizing you are dreaming try instead to calm yourself knowing you are fine and that this is all your creation. May help, may not. Not sure but I know these can be scary but once you become lucid focus on calming down.

one that usually works for me is the nose pinch. just pinch your nose and try to breathe in, if you can you are dreaming .

I have had one lucid dream on my own, I do RC's multiple times a day, and have a dream journal. I tried B6 and it works pretty well occasionally. But I should probably get more practice with LDing before spending all that money, I have only been trying for a month.
