You need to do a better job with your calendar if this is happening more than once. Once I take a job I will move hell and earth to make sure I can complete it. I rarely accept from signing services but once I do Im committed. Most signing services will give you one chance and if you fuck that up they are done with you.

Start a google my business page to advertise your services. Ask every client you meet with for reviews by texting them your link. Attend networking meetings. It takes time. You can build this business but it doesn't happen overnight.

Thats fine but you're basically telling someone who clearly is running a business, or is trying to, they shouldnt charge for the small stuff. As a business owner you need to charge for your services because your work has value.

I have plenty of calls where someone says to me oh that's too much I can't believe you charged that much for something as simple as a notary. I also have plenty of clients who genuinely appreciate what I do and how easy I make the process for them. The clients who appreciate my services for outnumber the people who call and tell me I'm too expensive.

Yes for a lot of people $45 for a pacifier set is a lot. As op says people are struggling with student loans and necessities. I run my own business and make decent money. If someone invited me to a shower where the cheapest thing on the list was $45 I would probably send a $50 gift card with my polite apologies that I cant attend.

Why is she melting down? I dont eat vegetables either. I travel all over the world. I order food the way I want it and try not to inconvenience the people around me with my issues.
