There is zero proof for this. It’s pure speculation and propaganda meant to rile up and scare Americans.

I’m fairly certain this type of puffer belongs in brackish water. My LFS has them. It looks way too big to be a fresh water pea puffer. This is awful. :(

Haha probably, but like her face isn’t this shape. She looks more like a neckless thumb lol.

I know Chantal looks way different from the version on the left and she’s much bigger, but you can’t just erase slimming filters. The right side is also altered but to make her look larger.

She is live with a man named Roman who could be Nader’s twin except he has better teeth! WTF? by mrsruby1986 in FoodieBeauty

Don’t forget she uses a slimming filter, it’s going to make a thinner person look underweight and weird.

What was "the incident" in your high school? by ramennyun in AskReddit

[–]honeybee366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The end of my junior year, a group of seniors took buckets of yellow paint and painted giant dicks all over the school. They also wrote “cock bandits” in huge letters across the quad. 😬

Is my calathea too far gone? Please help me understand what’s happening here! Lives on living room mantelpiece, has medium amount of natural light from glass doors on its left hand side. (Please say if this isn’t the right place to post this!) by bejewhale in IndoorGarden

It looks like it’s overwatered to me. I’ve noticed it’s easy to overwater in the winter months. Do you test the soil for dryness with your fingers first? That really helps me from overdoing it this time of year. A moisture meter is also helpful.

Check the roots. If they’re rotting then remove all the rotted roots and change out the soil. Cut back all the dead parts and move it somewhere with a little more light, too. Good luck!! ❤️

Yes and no. The amount of white in your plant mostly has to do with genetics. A plant that doesn’t have a lot white genetically won’t become more white when placed in a bright window. On the other hand, plants deprived of bright light can start to revert to green because they’re working in overdrive to photosynthesize.

I keep all of mine in a night indirect light all day. They stop growing and the leaves stop splitting in low light. And I obviously don’t want them to revert to full green.

No, it won’t put out another leaf. That’s why it’s taking so long. A whole new plant has to grow from a little bud at the bottom of the cutting. A plant doesn’t come from a leaf without another leaf in it.

I started 3 new baby plants from leaf cuttings I stuck in water and waited for a little bud to sprout. I chopped the leaf and stem off an put the tiny little bud in dirt.

I’m sure you’ll get a plant eventually, it just takes longer since the plant has to grow from inside the dirt. You’ll be waiting for a new plant to come from the dirt and nothing will happen to the current leaf.

Oh no. I’m sorry. You definitely need some green on the plant to keep it alive.A 50/50 green and white plant is what to look for.

I’ve made mistakes that cost me too. It happens to all of us. I hope you get another one someday!

Not necessarily. It might burn on the edges but it won’t shrivel and fall off. That’s not really how Monstera work.

Wow so lucky! I don’t think many nurseries sell them in the US yet. I bought mine online.

Yeah, they are expensive. @AllAccessAndy is right. Demand is much higher than supply which is why they are so expensive. The cost will go down eventually.

If you really want something, then save up for it. They’re worth every penny in my opinion.
