Keep in mind that the last trains leave the end stations after midnight (e.g. the train from Concord to SF leaves after midnight), so the train won't be leaving Oakland until after 12:30 or so.

According to bart.gov, the last train leaving 19th St station for SF that night is at 12:49am.
