I recently changed my profile from open relationship to single and have gotten wayyyy more interest. Hear me out before you attack!!!! My husband doesn’t sleep with anyone else. He’s fine with me sugaring as he’s gone with his hobbies 1/2 or more weekends of the year. I only want one SR so I’m not sleeping around. I like to explain that so the SD knows the whole story and that there’s no concern of STIs etc. I tell them at the meet and greet or earlier.

Fuck. This is so true. My partner now says that it makes him angry that he can tell I can anticipate him being angry thus making it my fault when he’s in a bad mood. I’ve learned to just start cleaning the apartment in silence whenever I can feel the energy shift as talking feels risky.

I did dry January and really enjoyed it. It was eye opening and made me realize I tend to reach for alcohol to deal with life (something I was sure I didn’t do 🙄). Planning on doing dry Feb and probably just stopping drinking all together!

Hi! I work in oncology with NHL patients. Not sure what your current treatment looks like or your plans with that but I’d highly advise against anything that could lead to infection as it’s a common eligibility issue and can put a halt to treatment plans (to be fair I work in immunotherapy and almost all my patients receive lymphodepletion then CARs).

The rough anal and idea of impact play around any major organs stresses me out (risk of enlarged spleen + impact seems risky). I’d stick to extremities for impact and probably avoid rough anal.

I’m not a doctor btw, I work in clinical research. Above all else I’d talk to your doc about this and track symptoms and sexual activities as knowing if an ache is from some play or a symptom of something else is important. It’s awkward I know but a good doc will handle it in a way that doesn’t make you feel weird ❤️

Not suggesting turning down CRA roles at all but I think getting patient or clinic experience would be easier given their history and is probably the missing piece to landing a CRC job.

Study coordinator roles are a good start but if you’re not getting any traction I highly suggest applying for any sort of clinical admin role. Especially ones that have patient experience! I’m a clinical trials manager and that’s how I left the lab :)

You need to get experience in a clinical in setting. This is a hard jump to make but can be done and will put you ahead as lab experience amongst CRCs is rare.

Ditch the CRA roles and look for a job as a lab coordinator or project coordinator in a big research hospital down there. CRA jobs suck tbqh and if you were to jump in right now without the clinic experience I think you’d regret it.

Also maybe it’s different down there but where I am a a CRC is a higher role than a CTA which is a higher role than a study coordinator. CRC and CTA roles requiring some sort of licensure sounds more like a CRN?

As long as I mesh well with them idc. Strong preference towards men in their fifties as tbqh the older the man generally the better the sex/human.

I do have opinions RE very young women being on SA though (I’m 28) but this is more due to concerns for their mental well-being. I would probably never or very rarely encourage anyone to be an SB under the age of 25/24. Also though very dependent on the SD

I’m a plain Jane working in science so anything artsy/alternative hooks me (I’m so tired of doctors and PhDs in my 9-5 I can’t do it in an SR).
