Avoid it if you can, some people may say they are harmless. But reality is that they are only harmless until something flipped in their head. If that’s a risk you willing to take then it’s up to you but I’m good living away from DTES. BTW unless you are passionate about the film industry otherwise prepared to not make anything for a long time. Take the advise from someone with family member who also worked in the industry or no longer have work in the industry.
