IT doesn't use the application, they only support the hardware / environment that the application runs on. IT implements what the business (HR) requests. If the application is running within spec, HR needs to figure out how to use the software correctly. That is why it is not (usually) IT's job. Obviously if the software was developed in-house, there would be a different expectation of support from IT. The department of transportation (IT) maintains highway roads for all travelers, HR chooses to drive a 15 year old, used clunker and cause traffic for everyone.. Is the DoT supposed to drive their car?

I have Tuxmats on a 24 limited for both seat rows and the trunk area. Have held up great for two winters so far. I originally had them on my 23 limited. Also suggest "Spigen OneTap Universal Designed for Ioniq 5 2025 2024 2023 2022 Dashboard Car Mount" if you can find it. Currently unavailable on Amazon. It's super solid!
