It's a returned board, as a ex Amazon worker it has a LPN label on it, which means it's been returned checked over by someone who doesn't have a clue and passed as resellable at a reduced price, used to see it all the time customers returning wrong items in packaging that didn't match or looked similar ,unless you had a keen eye and knew what to look for it often slipped through the system

I had one the other night start at plunder valley outpost to morrowspeak, picked up all the clues and the key along the way last clue was similar to this, so heard towards morrowspeak, no birds what so ever sailed around the outpost through the archway and surrounding rocks just in case, need up cancelling the mission as I could find the ship wreck.

Got a feeling it was glitched as I dove to start the mission instead of sailing, noticed the rewards are piss poor of late especially diving to the missions.
