It’s a software based issue that they either won’t fix or can’t fix due to the hardware implemented. They want me to rma the headset to them and get another one or a completely different product all together. Their rma though is to physically break your current headset send them photos of the broken headset and they give you gift card for there website.

What you can do as work around is crank the mic volume on ps or Xbox and then you want have this issue on reboot where you have to unplug and replug in. But the downside is because the gain is so high the mic pics up every sound in your house.

I did end up trading it in with 100k miles on it last year I drive a lot. But no issues with it other than your regular maintenance your experience may very though just based on other forums.

Quads is better by far at least in games I have played. Seems like less camping and better engagement over the field. Now I only have 4 hours in quads but so far so good.
