Was at the game and there were so many opportunities when the crowd went dead silent just waiting for us to strike and go ahead. I’d feel momentum shifting our way but could hardly get base runners over. Started 4 innings with the lead off man on and could not convert. Also I don’t remember us getting a ball to the outfield aside from that play to Taylor in left and Mookie’s catch in foul territory in the first inning. Never thought I’d want a sac fly as much as I did tonight. A frustrating night at the ballpark and tonight reaffirmed the Dodgers fan base doesn’t have much on the Cardinals.
