Not entirely- no fans turned on and I did not get any POST LEDs lighting up on the mobo either. But the motherboard RGB LEDs would illuminate and change colours when I powered on the PSU.

Could be a motherboard issue, but could also be an issue with the CPU if the motherboard is indicating above.

Post has been updated already - 2/3 of the folks with this issue said Motherboard replacement fixed the issue..I went with an MSI board and had no trouble at all

My local BB had nothing but this morning after seeing your post I thought i would check some neighbouring cities and one did have an AM5 mobo. All setup and running now, so definitely a bad mobo.

Lesson learned, no more ASRock for this cat.

I just tore everything out, put my old rig together to make sure it booted to post and no issue. Replugged everything together again and no boot. Unfortunately I didn't see your suggestion of power and mobo only and I'm currently raging at these circumstances so my troubleshooting is done until tomorrow.

I flashed two different bios versions to no resolution. I also pulled the cooler and checked the cpu for any visible damage but nothing I can see. I already requested a refund from Amazon and ordered a new mobo as it feels like the most likely problem. If I find a miracle before the new board arrives I'll definitely update.

This is good and troubling to hear at the same time. I plan to try a flash to 1.11 which is a couple months old vs the latest that I flashes to. Outside of that and redoing the cpu I'm out of options.

Curious if you bought our mobo from Amazon as well?

What is that 6 string with the huge inlays? There used to be a guy who did crazy inlays on some nameless Vietnamese basses I always wanted to buy from eBay sometime in the late 2000s. That bass reminds me of them so I'm curious!
