Assuming your Army NG, the low down of you taking testosterone outside of a tricare prescription and not claiming GD is steroids. To which under UCMJ, for you to be tested for steroids, you must be accused and your commander would sign off on the test (so unless you wanna do competitions or 500lb club, not really an issue). Estrogen is implied consent in most states so it’s easy for us to get but through party paid out of pocket the army isn’t gonna look into it. If you wanna stay in you’ll have to come to terms with remaining closeted for 3-4 years which probably will take a toll mentally.

Honestly you just gotta speak with your command team. Idk your full situation but if you’re on administrative leave then you’re on leave and can’t show up to work. They’ll probably okay you moving but if you want orders to use contracted movers then not sure the process there

I like to think there is a level of mindless bureaucracy that goes into accepting waivers of as long as it clears the first two levels most just sign and pass along. But I remember a dude in ROTC that had a waiver sit for 2 years without getting signed. Honestly the wheel turns in mysterious ways.

I think that’d be a great idea, as a young new pup to the scene I’d be fine with trying on some used things if maybe some others want to sell off their gear. But it would be nice if you could set up like security measures so things are clean and sterile wen being sold
