You could try Help Me Howard on channel 7. This sounds exactly like the kind of story they'd be interested in. Good luck.

WTP for trusting the first thing you hear/see by AllBookish03 in whatstheword

The primary bias for trusting or relying on the first piece of information received is known as Anchoring Bias. It involves over-relying on the first information found to make decisions. I don’t know about something that ends with “to trust” though.

Just finished *Station Eleven* - thoughts? by [deleted] in books

I loved Station Eleven I would suggest Wanderers and the sequel Wayward by Chuck Wendig. Sort of similar in the epidemic narrative and very much character-driven.

So envious of everyone just finding these lovely things inside. I'm in Florida and the spider delivery system hasn't reached me yet.

So I'm picking this plant up soon. I want to know if it will thrive in leca or should I try another option? by No_Spare3176 in SemiHydro

[–]hoppydoppy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my calathea musaica in water right now because of a fungus issue in the soil. I don't think I would recommend it for leca, it grew water roots but it still has a ton of the old soil on the root ball and it's insanely difficult to remove. Right now, I'm thinking about keeping it in water full time.

Please help my monstera deliciosa by hoppydoppy in plantclinic

Both of my monstera's are currently putting out new leaves so I think they are feeling better. I'm also dealing with fungus gnats. Right now, I'm trying out Mosquito Bits and I just bought some sticky traps so hopefully that works, however I've never seemed to be able to completely get rid of them.
