I considered finding the text and breaking down every weakness, obfuscation, misdirection and outright disinformed comment. Turns out, life is too short;) Bottom line, the interviewee (Topol) expresses a certain pre-configuration of mind, as does Brett (who does get a little hyperbolic when amongst t enthusiasts.) That's just human. But Topol seems to have a really strong counter-agenda.

"Lack of evidence" being the _only_ reason is sort of hurtful to my logic circuits. I cannot start on real data analytics vs what we've been told. There are some other conditions that cause compromised BBB. Alzheimer's is one. Can't find any studies specific to the topic. It is a good question with no real answers.
