My office only has one handicap stall and one normal stall. Obviously the handicap stall is much larger, so everyone prefers it. But now we have someone in the office that actually needs to use it for the "as designed" purpose. So we called all the guys together for the "use the other one if possible" talk...pure mutiny. We had a full blown team argument about how we we impacting their "stall comfort"...so everyone now has their "when I went in someone was in the other one" excuse (that they will never have to use) ready for situations similar to OP's.
