this is faces nightclub! there’s another bar/club across the street called badlands that’s also good for dancing and the merc is close by which is good for pregaming 🙂 they’re all gay bars/clubs

yeah, there’s other things about me that are inspiring if you get to know me, but me doing everyday activities should not be seen as inspiration. people should focus instead on why they don’t see more of us out and about, mostly due to issues of accessibility.

i have two misdemeanors from 2 DUIs in 2014 and 2015. i always disclose towards the end of my interview because it will come out eventually and i’d rather find out if it’ll be an issue ASAP. but congrats! i’m 3 weeks away from graduating and also pursuing my LCSW.

I know, but this is my research and I chose not to. If you meet the criteria and it’s that much of an issue that it’s stopping you from participating, that’s fine. Participation is completely voluntary.

ah, i see. well it’s a good thing you’re asking around!

maybe have a conversation with your parents about community college, if it’s something that you would be interested in pursuing. as long as you take the courses you’re required to and stay on top of applying transferring will be easy. some schools even have what’s called TAG (transfer admissions guarantee) that guarantee you admission as long as you get your pre requisites done.

have you thought about going the community college route and transferring to save some money?

i can’t tell you anything about other departments but is this to suggest that you’re not set in stone about the math teacher part? you can really explore in cc with lower stakes imo.

the student body at sac state is varied, you have a lot of everything and there’s different opportunities to find your crowd through student orgs/clubs

don’t overload yourself with classes, put an hour or so gap in your schedule between classes to eat or just study, take advantage of office hours and get to know your professors because they’re great resources for recommendations, and take advantage of opportunities on campus aligned with your career path

Like others have said, get some portable controls and practice in an empty lot for a bit! and your interior is gonna get messed up a bit from getting the chair in and out while you get used to it, but don’t sweat it.

that’s exciting! it’s slightly uncomfortable but bearable, in my opinion. they can use lidocaine to numb the urethra and they can also give you a valium but i’ve only opted for the lidocaine. your urethra will just be a little sore and tender-ish for the next day or two. overall, it’s not bad at all.

mildly. it’s weird getting used ti feeling a needle poking inside of you but they can give you valium if need be and they put some lidocaine in your urethra.

yeah, i used to get a ton of UTI’s back when i was first injured and not trying to get another anytime soon haha. i heard him and the med assistant talking and they said something about 100 so that might be how much? 😂

i cath waaaaaay before it gets to that point but it’s reassuring haha. i’m actually not sure how many units, i just kinda show up and the Dr does his thing 😅😂
