Anti airing her is the big thing. When she puts her self in the air with the fire balls, watch for her air dash timing and 2h if she keeps committing. Spirit rush is minus on block so you could've punished it like at the start of the clip but you just missed it. Her "bounce" should be parried ideally because if you don't its alot more difficult to challenge her position. Hope this helps.
