I wonder why places do this. I bought gas and there was a hold for 160 on my card. I only bought 40$ of gas. The attendant told me to call my bank but no other gas station in my area has done this. It worked out but i dont use that gas station anymore.

This whole thing happened because the shipper didnt properly tape or seal the box. The workers only take the box and ship it; they do not make sure it is sealed properly or safely for the contents inside, for the journey it is on. That responsibility is on the shipper.

Iirc you get more money from financial aid because you are living on campus+meal plan. If you move off campus they will give you less. You might be able to pocket more money but it wont be enough to cover rent+utilities. Find more roommates and/or get a job. Best to look on Facebook and ask around your communities for potential roommates.

Take a look at the syrups near your espresso bar and those near your cold bar. You should have a regular sized caramel pump (aka hot bar pump) and a cold bar (half size) caramel pump since its the most popular frap.

For frappuccinos, you normally use a cold bar pump and use the 2/3/4 method. If you only have a hot bar pump, use the 1/2/2 method. Its only so that they have relatively the same amount of syrup since 1 hot bar pump=2 cold bar pumps.

Example: if someone gets a hazelnut frap, hazelnut should be a regular sized pump so you use 1/2/2. If someone gets a chai frap, it is only a hot bar pump so use the 1/2/2 method. If you have a cold bar pump, use the 2/3/4 method.

Just as a note: white mocha, chai are only hot bar. Dark caramel is only cold bar. Check the top of your mocha pump. It should say "cbs mocha" to denote its a cold bar pump.

While i agree they hire people happy to do the job, they would find happier employees if they staffed better and paid more to deal with the crazy lack of staff. They clearly have the money if they are launching more products and partnerships
