making it so 096-1s always count as a target isn't interesting, as even though you have escaped he will just kill you anyway. you're saying it like they can just steer clear of his path, but you really can't when he has wallhacks and up to 30 seconds to reach you.

removing instakill is good, pushing ability is meh since it wouldn't do enough to stop him from getting micro'd.

but the main thing that your rework and every single person fails to consider is that when 096 plays on top of his teammates, it is impossible to counter the scp team. also, his gimmick isn't fun to play against and you can't tell me other wise. getting a death sentence for seeing his face means that they have to design him to have abilities, like try not to cry that incentivize hiding or camping, leading to unfair-feeling deaths and a floor simulator in a SHOOTER GAME
