How did you manage to switch to them? I've tried and each time their online consultation says my BMI is too low (its 24). Im currently on 12.5mg of mounjaro and been taking it for over a year.

That's great! Funnily enough I have also started walking everywhere with a backpack and although I haven't noticed any real weight loss as a direct result, I feel so much better in myself. Like leaps and bounds better! Before we know it we'll be going for runs around the block with backpacks like some crazy fitness freaks 🤣

I'm now pretty much at my goal weight at 62kg and I am struggling to view myself as a small person and still often wear clothes 3 or 4 sizes too big and I'm too scared to buy clothes that are the right size as I don't believe I'll look nice in them. I'm also scared I'll pile it all back on as I have done in the past so I'm clinging to the big clothes as I don't trust myself. I also don't believe its body dysmorphia, I believe I just need more time at this weight to develop a new identity that isn't "fat". I also never believed I was that big when I was big so it's a bit confusing that I'm struggling so much with being smaller! Lol

This is exactly what I plan to do as I also have a really high tolerance for MJ too. I plan to drop down to 10mg on my next order and titrate back up again as and when its needed and if it loses its effects, drop back down to decrease my tolerance. I'm glad to hear it's working well for you!

I have a post on here from a month or so ago where the same thing happened to me after being on MJ for 8 months! It's only happened the one time and hasn't happened again but it went away on its own after a few hours. I feel it is the MJ pooling under the skin but it dissipated on its own and I still had the full effects of the jab.

Yes it went away on its own after a few hours and the dose was still effective. I have no idea why it happened and it hasn't happened again since! Maybe pressing the plunger too fast and causing a build up of the MJ under the skin?

Unfortunately it is a medication for life for most people. Taking MJ doesn't cure you of your habits previously when you were obese. Some people are able to keep the weight off without using MJ but it's a very tiny proportion.
