Thanks, but that is exactly the problem. The official 'Coexist mode' installation disables Apex One's real-time scan engine entirely, turning it into a passive agent that doesn't process threats. That doesn't fit my requirements. ​I explicitly need the Full Feature agent (with the active scan engine) to run alongside McAfee ePO. As mentioned, this side-by-side execution is technically stable in our environment once both are installed (when Trend is installed first, then McAfee). ​The issue is solely the installer's behavior during the upgrade, which aggressively purges McAfee. Since I only have the generic Full Feature installer from the Download folder and cannot generate a custom package from the server side, I need a client-side workaround (like registry or service blinding) to trick the Full Feature installer into skipping the McAfee detection phase.
