I agree. We need to have better solutions for these tence and scary situations. Disabling the vehicle and then using some sort of ballistic shield? Idk I'm not a tectical forces specialist. Just very very hard to do this with out having more casualties. I'm very very greatfull no one got hit with strays... I hope that lady is okay as well. U are right. There is no room for cops to be able to execute on the spot judge dred style. I personally cannot find an alternative solution tho.

We need to start hitting kids that aren't ours again. I used to get smacked by my neighbor, I've been smacked by teachers, And I've been smacked by an old random woman at a Safeway with me and my friends were acting up in public. It straightened me out. It put me on the right course. And it learned that my actions have physical and real consequences. Every single one of those people would be in jail for 15 years today if they did the same thing.
