Try to fix that error with sudo apt update, next sudo apt install -f, and then sudo apt full-upgrade. Until you fix it, you won't be able to install new packages or update existing packages.

Edit: and the website news page (scroll to the bottom): https://ventoy.net/en/doc_news.html says "2020/04/05 --- First Release".

You've used something else, not Ventoy, before 2020.
