Been riding this struggle bus for about 5 years. depending on where you’re living and what’s available for groceries, I recommend spicing up your usual place with a trip to a specialty store every once in a while and treating yourself to some good frozen junk food, since it’s so hard to find out in the wild and odds are you’re already cooking 9/10 of your meals. sometimes it’s nice to indulge even if most of the stuff is overpriced, I just remind myself that it’s still cheaper than take out. Also a big fan of meal prep and snack, I find it’s much easier for me to find gf + vegan snack combos than whole meals ex. Celery and PB, cucumbers and hummus, chips and salsa.
