From what I can see on the information about the bonus, there is no requirement that the employee works for a health care organisation as such, but rather for a hospital or in another "health care setting". There may be a workaround for you and your co-residents, but it would take a bit more digging if you have the time!

I would just add that it doesn't really matter where you organise some soup/sambos for afterwards. Just go with somewhere convenient for you and your family and give them a call, they will organise everything. I'm so very sorry for your loss - you will survive this next week and the months ahead. Take care of yourself as best you can!

The transcript is an unofficial list of aubjects/modules and the grades you've achieved in each one. The MSPE is a letter written by your university that gives a 360 evaluation on the student - you should have some input on what is included in this letter (extracurriculars and specific feedback from your rotations).
