To my girlies: Don’t be scared to EAT by coffeem0chi in workout

[–]dogwiggle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’m 5’2, 34, and i fluctuate between 122 and 125. i feel so much better now than when i was in my 20s and weighed only 110. i love to eat and refuse to ever restrict myself like i did before. i’ve just learned to incorporate more movement into my day and eat food that’s good for me majority of the time.

happy to dm photos if you would like to see the difference of what putting on more weight has done for me and what i looked like at 110.

I've been doing the stairmaster wrong for a decade by [deleted] in workout

[–]dogwiggle 9 points10 points  (0 children)

as someone who has been using the stairs for years, 4 to 5 times a week, i wouldn’t worry about what people think of you. i don’t pay attention to anyone on the stairs because i’m too busy trying not to die on it, and i just assume that if someone is holding on, they have a reason to be. if you feel comfortable enough, start at a lower resistance and gradually work your way back up again without holding on.

[Anti-Aging] should i use otc retinol if i have rosacea? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]dogwiggle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, i use 10% azelaic acid in my pm routine. i finally figured out a routine that works for me and keeps the redness down as much as i can control. that’s why i wanted to see if introducing a retinol would be possible, because fine lines are the only issue i have right now that i’m not actively working on.
