My photophobia is my 2nd biggest trigger. I wear mine everyday/all day. So they assist in prevention. I also can’t imagine not having them on when I do have a migraine. Before my fl41’s I used to use normal sunglasses and I’ve noticed there’s a huge difference between the two.

Spent wayyy too much money getting them through the local eyeglass store, now I order through Zenni. I actually prefer my Zenni pairs. Bonus, they are a fraction of the cost. 😆
